1. Overview

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

Non‑returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (intimate or sanitary goods)

3. How to Request a Return

You’re responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend a trackable method).

4. Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds for:

  • Opened items (Laptops, Camera, Phones)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your Bank. processing times vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email support@kopech.com.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. To exchange:

  1. Email support@kopech.com with your order number.
  2. Ship your item to our address above.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we’ll send the replacement at no extra charge.

8. Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
